Business mogul, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, has lost his elder brother, Alhaji Garba Dangote, who died Thursday after a brief illness.

Confirming the death of his brother, Dangote informed THISDAY that his death came very suddenly as he suffered a massive stroke on Wednesday, and gave up the ghost some hours later.

The late Garba, 80, was a businessman and the first son in the family.
