Help me tell him, my younger brother should be in his final year now but he was not choosen then for law cos of 0.5 marks, it was late b4 he realise he should have gone to the campus to seek assistance. The following year he made it through merit list.
He's now in 400L. The other one seek assistance from someone who can't help cos she used up her slot. The following year immediately after post jamb he went to meet the same lecturer and he came in through short fall now he's in 200L.

There might not be negative marking actually. One cannot conclude with all certainty though.
Your score was so probably because the questions in Govt were not up to 25. So that is not enough reason to conclude that there is. You can take Use of English scores for instance, the questions were 25 and all the scores I saw, mine inclusive, were multiples of 4. Shey you get?

Forget this talk about Negative marking. I don't believe in its existence jo! My 2013PUTME result proved that to me.

Hi, I wrote and passed jamb and have even printed out my slip.I tried registering for the P utme today and I was told that my reg no is not on the Oau list that passed jamb therefore I can't register.I went to the jamb office here(Benin city) and was asked to go to either Osun state or Abuja.Both options are unlikely.Any suggestions?Tnks

SaintRobs: The result checker goes for #3,250...yes you can,because the registration process is just 3 steps,1.logon to e-Portal,two boxes will pop up,click on load card,then enter your jamb reg,another page will pop up upon clicking on submit,the poped up page will display about four boxes(card number,serial,pin,and jamb reg number)click on submit,then another page will pop up,which will ask for the branch you get the card,u will have to fill it,then click on submit,and ur application slip will display with your data on it. NB: Your slip must be watermarked with 'great ife post utme 2014'....And it's stated on the site that the result will be sent via sms few hours after the exams...All the best!

''I wrote and passed jamb...'',did you get up 200 in the Jamb examination? Did you choose OAU from the scratch(while registering for JAMB) or you did a ''change of institution'' to OAU? I don't see a reason why your name shouldn't be on the e-Portal if the answer to my questions is yes. If the problem persists,you'll have to go to the computer centre on campus to register your complain. Hopefully something will be done about it.

have u recheck ur jamb result?maybe jamb withdraw ur result or maybe u choose oau as 2nd choice which is not accepted or maybe u did not score up to 200,if u are free 4m all this item above,u dont have to worry urself just go to oau computer building in oau campus,they will rectify the error 4 u

submit ur printout, transcript, o level, a level/degree certificate @ d admission office.

Jamb exclusively stipulated the institution types; university,polytechnic,college of education and a computer training centre during the registration. Choosing only one institution type for the four available spaces is impossible!

It's not impossible since you're the one that's gonna fix the varsity/institution before choosing any school from it. Would only have been impossible if jamb had fixed the varsity permanently and you'd only choose the school you want after each of the varsity. Nuff said

A friend/dude actually chose OAU and UI as 1st and 2nd.
