(i) that the 1st number of the 1st summand must always be the first number of the sum.
(ii) that the addition of the 1st number of the 1st summand and the 1st number of the 2nd summand, should be sum of the remaining numbers of the 1st summand e.g.

This is no picture puzzle but the word is PRINCE and adding an 'S' makes it PRINCES (plural) and adding another 'S' makes it PRINCESS (singular).
