Coscharis Motors Unable To Provide To EFCC Bank Transfer Information To Germany by wales(m): 12:03am On Nov 12, 2013 |
Five days after a promise to provide information on how Coscharis, which supplied the two armoured cars now at the center of a major scam in the aviation sector, paid BMW for the vehicles, the company’s management has disappeared from the radar of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The agency’s investigators last week grilled Josiah Samuels, the Managing Director of Coscharis Motors Limited, and he reportedly confessed that he was unsure how to find the information relating to payments made the BMW Group in Germany. The vehicles were manufactured as part of BMW high security vehicles, and assembled at the BMW Plant Dingolfing, Germany. A source at the plant told SaharaReporters that the cost of a brand newB7 level security BMW 760 Li HSS is between 170,000-190,000 Euros at factory price. However, Coscharis Motors ‘sold’ the vehicles to the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority for a gargantuan $800,000 apiece. That highly inflated price of the vehicle was the principal subject of the EFCC interrogation of Coscharis officials last week. They were grilled over two days and told to return with full details of how Coscharis ended up paying 418,000 Euros for each of the vehicles but officials at the agency said Coscharis MD and officials have refused to provide the bank statements of their wire transfers showing the amount paid to BMW for the vehicles. http://saharareporters.com/news-page/coscharis-motors-unable-provide-efcc-bank-transfer-information-germany-controversial-bmw-a |

All these investigations are but a waste of time and resources. This case is a clear case of theft. No transaction involving exchange of goods and cash ever took place, only sharing of cash. It is as clear as the sky in a hot sunny day! 1 Like |

Our goat head president will not act because he is part of the problem. This shit has been going on now for over two weeks with nothing good coming from the goat head president except set up this shady committee. I used to be proud to be called a Nigerian here in the USA but no more. I am only now attached to that place because I still have blood relations living/suffering there. What is the work of EFCC/ICPC and Police in Nigeria? I feel sorry for the helpless people of Nigeria. Goat head president, it's time you throw in the towel honorably if at all you still have any honor left in you. 2 Likes |

This scandal is getting interesting as more and more secrets are being reveal! The end don't seem to be in sight yep. I find very difficult to understand why people can't value their conscience and reputation enough to honourably quit or resign when they know that they are at fault. They prefer to hold on to their position like leeches, even when they know their reputation has been tainted. |

The S/W based media sites will flash the news of a crime committed by their people, if possible take them down as punch did to the one you quoted after 30mins without allowing comments. An allegation or a petition mostly against Easterners are published and followed up while inciting the mass with deliberate lies and half truth in order to lynch him/her by court of public opinion. The S/W media houses have been heavily compromised and now serve as political/ethnocentric jobbies with a clear mandate to bring down any rising star from opposing camp. biafranqueen: https://www.nairaland.com/1511884/breaking-ex-oyo-hos-11-others#19472350 1 Like |

You have just proved my point. They are readily available to follow up any storyline that will spite GEJ, PDP and Easterners while readily available to singing praises of any dissident from the same camp and label them progressives. gerald09: EFCC and dere numerous BS |

I use to think we needed a law that prescribes only capital punishment for public looters, but I am beginning to think a law that prescribes the same punishment for all tribalists that support them would sanitise Nigeria faster. Nonsense country of majorly nonsense people. See ordinary Ghana www.lindaikeji..com/2013/11/ghanaian-minister-fired-for-saying-she.html?m=1 |

No matter how deep those disgusting, bitter and hateful 'fellow compatriots' dig for dirt, they should know that the ultimate target of their evil campaign -Princess Stellar- is going nowhere! Anyone that has a problem with that is free to breakaway and form their own country! |
