Ogun State Commissioner for Information, Mr. Yusup Olayniyonu, said the convoy was not that of the Ogun government.

He said, "The governor is at Abeokuta and the deputy governor is also at Abeokuta. Neither was in Lagos today."

Using algorithm to solve this problem. They should find out the name of the hospital that is "yet to be identified", then find out the patient that was visited. From the patients visitors book, look at the time line and compare with the time of the accident. Any government official who visited that day and left between 10 and 20 mins before the accident took place is our guy.

Here in PH, i see various presidential convoys almost every other day even though Jonathan nor sheepo arent in town.

The truth is drastic measures needs to be taken in this country as regards ridiculous use of convoys. These guys are heartless always feel above the law.
