I have done as such. Just wanted people to be wary of the internet and social media. Not only here, on social media a client can go gaga and insult your business and services, if dissatisfied. Lets just be careful.

About Graphicsplus learning from his mistakes, the next step he should take is pull the site down. Or remove the sale of his videos which violates copyright infringement laws. When he does that, then we are satisfied.

Samsung wouldn't even be at the top now if they hadn't copied apple. They had to pay $1bn for that tho. All those images you use on your sites, some of them are copyrighted. Then some1 said he would have gone to jail bla bla. He wouldn't even go to court if the owner of those vids don't press charges and even if they do, he's just g'na pay some fine. The 'oga at the top' of SOPA had a not-free-to-use artiste painting as the background image of his site. The faster you get used to it the better. And I guess people would have been praisimg him assuming he gave those vids for free (including the op) even though that is also illegal. At least he apologized, that's a syptom of humility so let sleeping dogs lie.
