the streetlights were not working from chevron to the toll plaza at sandfill only for us to see light at the toll plaza only and pay tolls before we could go to Ajose Adeogun the 2nd time am seeing this in few days here

Nigerians pay PHCN and are still in darkness, at least the roads are working. Lights come from the national grid. |

That road is still on Nepa grid. That's why Lagos State is setting up IPP stations to power public infrastructure. Take your story to the new owners of NEPA. |
