Leader of Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force, Alhaji Mujihadeen Dokubo-Asari, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Cotonou, Republic of Benin over some yet-to-be-identified issues. His lawyer, Festus Keyamo, in a statement on Tuesday alleged that "certain forces in Nigeria" in collusion with some Benin Republic gendarmes might be working to keep away the ex-militant as "2015 approaches."
