squatting and deadlifts might increase the size of legs Generally sha,methinks its more of a genetic predisposition & a high proportion of body fat. General 'toning' such as brisk walking will tone the mucsles, burn more calories & help reduce your overall BMI and legs size. |

@poster squats,lunges 'll work d quadriceps and gluteal major and minor,lying on ur back wit ur knees bent and feets flat on d floor then lift d hips up and down or using leg curl machine in d gym'll work d hamstrings muscles,skipping and heel raise's other wise known as calf raise's'll work d calfs muscles.i think wit those simple excercises u'll c some changes as time goes on best of luck |
