Being a content writer and a researcher for 5 years (Mainly on health issues), I have researched that with a proper routine, we can shed extra pounds. All we need is to follow the following weight loss tips:



1. Eat Oatmeal

3. Workout daily.

5. Plan your meals

19. Don’t stock junk food and Avoid Packaged Snack Foods

21. Drinking juice with bits in ensuring you feel fuller for longer.

at the end of the day something must kill a man.....regardless....

my uncles friend was an exercise freak...runs,skips,walks etc everyday....eats a lot of fruits and vegetables...his favourite meal was water melon and pine apple...yet he died at age 38 via road accident..

all these stuffs are jargons...God knows best
