People with healthy relationships live long and happier.
Research shows that a healthy relationship brings happiness and health to our lives.
down below will some tips on how to improve any type of relationships whether with
siblings, friends, roommate girlfriend , boyfriend or Colleague.

* Be Trustworthy: When you set a goal or plan, follow through, try to meet the
deadline, Healthy relationships are based on trust and responsibility.
When you say you are going to do something, do it.
If something does change, communicate and show your respect for the other person.

* Be Physically: It’s much easier and more fun to be yourself than pretending
to be someone or something else. Besides, fake life is way too EXPENSIVE it
always catches up to you in the end. Healthy relationships happen with real people,
not ghost.

* First Impression: It's better to be yourself be real don't try to lie or impress
on your first meet or date because you have to keep up with whatever standard
you place yourself.

* Express your wants and needs: most times we assume that others know what you want,
or need from your relationship it’s not that simple. No one can read minds, and
assuming that someone can is unrealistic. Directly and assertively discussing your
wishes and desires is a healthy approach to relationships.

* Communication: Clear and assertive communication is an important part of healthy
relationships.

* Recognize the differences in background: It is always a good idea to discuss what you
expect from a relationship. Even if you are from similar religious, cultural and
economic backgrounds, it may surprise you that what seems normal and obvious to you isn’t
for your partner (and vice versa). If you are from different backgrounds, it may take more
time and energy to build relationships. Taking the time to learn about another’s culture or
religion is an important part of a healthy relationship.
