I don't know abt others but for Etisalat, I can confidently tell they are nice , apt and timely in their responses. If a cc is having difficulty solving an issue, u are referred to their network department. You can't never be wrong calling a geek.

What the OP said isn't far from the truth,but this happens cos most times we call their CCRs,we are almost already boiling mad and they respond in same manner-even though it's unprofessional.for over one year I haven't been attended to by a rude staff.they've all been nice and profer solution for whatever my enquiry is-this is cos I always start out nice,polite and determined.they hear me talk and are forced to treat me right(I myt be an MD calling-LOL).it took practice anyway,but it has always worked for me and I've always gotten good service from them.

Mtn will advertised on radio and tell you to check their website for more details, a week gone nothing of such is on their website. An IT company for that matter.

Lol....Mr. OP don't boil over MTN just yet until you experience the CSR's at starcomms! I couldn't believe my ears the last time I called in. The rep wasn't even listening to what I had to say and was just unprofessional to say the least in his choice of words and tone. I wonder if these firms have a quality assurance team that listen to random calls and provide feedback to reps
