Kirinwa: Fundamentally GBP is bullish. [b]If by fundamentally u mean the red flag (construction PMI) news just released which was good for GBP. I'll let u in on a lil secret arsenal of mine. As u can see the news release which was favourable for GBP did not get the expected reaction from any of the GBP pairs: GBPUSD, GBPAUD, EURGBP...why? Because the big moneybags of our game are not interested in all dat stuff called news that whip up sentiments of small traders especially if if not in line with thier trend. In other words....if the news to be released is not in tandem with higher TF trend (daily, weekly and sometyms even monthly) and also if at the tym of release their trend is not at a turning point (fibs or SR) then they'll ignore it. Yes they may throw a few chip at small traders...as ive seen a NFP spike up 50-60 pips in seconds and before u cld say jack it all washed off going in the direction of the larger TF trend...both ways the MMs win. So to win have the mindset of the big sharks in our game. Sorry 4 d plenty grammar  ...and just my hunble contribution to the thread, abeg make person no read am another way ooo [/b]3 Likes |

hisableplc: EU eyeing 1.3016 after covering its gap before any serious retracal if there will be any Gap uncovered on EU still dropping 1.3061 likely to be real Gold obeying traffic, if 1270-74 holds then we can see a lil move up if not sell stop below 1270 will take us all the way to the bus stop |

gbam i think if GU maintains a close below 1.6536 today na long term bearish trend ooo, and also 1.6643 is a strong resistance level for it, if ever it wants to go bullish it will have to break and stay above 1.6643 but for me my bias is GU is bearish for the end of the year 1.5330 calling it ooooo  N.B: who knows i cud be wrong |

seyejohn94: short term bearish biased on gold cos sell signal generated on gold around 3am around 1283.5..u cud place a pending if u missed the candle close1283.5/4.4....but over the next several months am bullish biased going against goldmansach's view and others....1st tp for gold is 1275/1272.6...letz see how it goes .... holding 2 positions on gold... stp moved accordingly... 1st tp crashed over 90+ pips secured...100+ pips floating.... waiting for ism pmi by 3pm....not a fan of fan of data though.... 2nd tp around 1265 zone.... happy trading.... 1 Like |

Well done peeps. Caution peeps! No trend continues for ever. Beware of recency bias. A retracement of up to 200 pips is possible across many pairs. You may get stopped out a couple of times, then you lose your cool and go headlong with the market. We know who usually comes atop. The market! Always; always imagine you losing any trade you take. |
