Just put your mind at rest and don't disturb the decoder. The problem has nothing to do with software version, as long as you're using any of the v6s, rather the problem is code specific(59xxx and 58xxx). It would be resolved, only that I can't tell how soon.

Q23G and and speed can accept most account so instead of havin 2 or more decoder at home is better u get one box n buy other accounts n those that luvs adults chanels should just get a speed box n buy avatarcam account n add.

Most of the freezin observd on qsat atimes are caused by bad/poor internet conection. And pls guys always find out if it a code issue u havin b4 upgradin ur box, don't just upgrade ur box at any pause

You must tampered with the transponder. Look for the frequency that has the bad signal then go to antenna setting and check setting for lnb frequency. It's 9750/10600.
