This two construction companies dominate the project world in Lagos Nigeria, One can only wonder who's the best in meeting up with the standard expected from this two companies.

Two days ago, I passed through the Mile II - Badagry expressway, people inside the bus I was raised a topic that if it happens that the road was giving to Julius Berger instead of CCECC, the road would have been a completed project.

According to the people in the bus, the road construction is close to 8years and all they can see are destroyed properties and dirt. So am asking, between CCECC and Julius Berger which one do you consider the best?

Some of these projects cum contracts are merely awarded to serve as a conduit pipe for cash withdrawal. If you can check, such contracts had been paid upto 75% of the contract sum.
Anyway, Berger is far better than CCECC
