Hey guyz I need ur help... I'm a political science student, was given an assignment on intergovernmental relations in Nigeria as d course tittle.. I would however like 2get information about when the national council ofstates was created... As usual many of u wud say ask Google n oda search engines, well 've done dat n all I get are functions n members of the group... I know nairaland as a home of intellects coz 've read many impressive piece n write ups here so I hope I can get a help or two 4rm here... Info on the National Council of State is in the 1999 constitution (as amended). There is an online version of the 1999 constitution.
