secondly, Imo State Uni is an institution, how would Imo State Uni request for 170000 from a prospective student?

did they send her a letter with Imo State University's logo as its letter head asking for 170000thousand naira to secure admission?

do you have proof of this?

A friend of mine did the post utme exam, she even sat beside me during the exam. And ever since the result has been out, she's not been able to check her result. I keeps saying Null. So she called the school and she was asked to pay 15k just to rectify it. She has payed, they called her to check her result now! I helped her check and its showing error.
