PHC people stand up and be counted,i wish i were in PHC i would have been part of this.Thx csimms7 for indicating interest,where seselez and our PHC pple..pls lets join forces on this issue,just a friendly visit to NDDC's office to hear from the horses mouth would really do no harm.

There is an. Issue now...except ur school is resuming in october...schs are saying it is late to issue cas even with a PTDF scholarship letter...ma friend just told me so...the only option after now is january or september 2015
