Very simple, copy and paste to note pad(if using a computer) rename for post title, if it has pictures use microsoft word. That's the easy way.

On a phone copy and paste to memo.

Lol, so lets say you are able to back up your posts, then what?

Would your posts just be floating in an empty space, when the data for the thread itself is gone?

I don't think you've really thought through this your post recovery plan ,
