He diverted all his energy to his kids today all the kids rally round him if he coughs see them running round to ensure he is okay while they ignore the Mother, she tried to transfer the cankerous mouth and dominating attitude on them but thankfully they resisted.
Now in old age they manage to give her just the basics and treat the Dad like an egg, she then goes around crying and telling people how they have "Abandoned her after all her sacrifices". Chai, meanwhile when they were younger and they have a small misunderstanding at home with her, she will go to their school and magnify it then make them get called out and publiclly embarassed at assemblies. Publiclly embarassing and lying against others is her speciality, she did it with such delight.

Abusers can be any gender, I feel spouses should be strong enough to walk away from such evil partners or else the kids you are trying to protect will suffer more. Imagine as a child never feeling confident or free in public because you have the constant fear that your mom will pop up somewhere start screaming, insulting and cursing you for as little as breaking a plate but will twist and magnify the issue so much that the crowd will think you broke the plate on her head.

It is sad. Let us not even mistakenly imagine that only women can be abused, women when abusive are horrible and will use public sympathy to their advantage, sadly its only after a while that the public will realise who the real abuser is after your reputation has severly been damaged.

Once she went to her husbands office and reported that he was dating a minor, the man was suspended and investigated for 2 months after which he was cleared of all accusations and apologised to, imagine what he must have gone through within those months.

Abusers deserve no faminly

Schizophrenic more like. The husband did her no favours in not seeking medical help for her. A lot of folks back home tend to down play mental illnesses. They are just as real as the physical ones.
