Nobody can hold down my 1k for 2 weeks ooo not to talk of 100k. The victims here respect u ,try and use ur position to help them and if it turns out that it wasn't enough then they will know u did ur best. No harm was intended in my earlier comment. I'm a man of integrity (you can Google my username). I'm not new to Internet business so I only gave an advice please and I'm sorry if that made you feel bad.

100k is not a small money so I feel your pain. I trade forex too and most times we sing this as our anthem 'only invest what you can afford to lose' (even when we know no one is ready to lose a dime).
Again I don't think you should be asking people to limit their post on this thread and focus on 'offline measures' This is Money we are talking about, it all started here and has to end here. Your 'offline measures' may not produce any results as you may expect. By God's grace i read law and I know what I'm saying. You probably have never seen the person you are accusing in person and even if you have evidence of payment (which anyone can design in 5 minutes) who are you presenting it to and who will listen to you? So you see? Or you want to go spiritual? Aside from God no other crap works on anybody and God will do nothing if the guy is innocent and even if he isn't God do allow plenty of time to pass before giving any judgements (because a sinner can repent you know!).
Bottom line is, Lagtech has not said you won't get your money, no one here can substantiate the claims that Lagtech is a scam. Until this is done, best bet is to. Keep the thread lively and pray things get resolved in peace.

I like your courage but you sound more like dragnet is a police officer or as if Nairaland asked anyone to invest his life savings in this. Did you pay the mod for protection when you entered into the business? If you had made profit would dragnet get a bottle of beer from you? Why are you sounding as if it's his job to go and probe anybody? Did you read the disclaimer at the bottom of the forum?
Meanwhile I have a feeling that Lagtech is not owing you a dime (at least you said so), hence it's safe if you stay calm instead of raising fears and making comments that may cause people to lose out at the end.

We thank all those who have patronized our business. We delivered over 2000 items to more than 150 people. We handled over N5 million worth of payments and delivered all items to their owners between April and November.

We appreciate and thank all our customers who have not lost faith in us and have handled whatever delays they experienced with patience. Your goodwill and patience during this time will not be forgotten. Your comments, your messages, your prayers are valued more than you know. The Pharaoh that did not remember Joseph will not arise.
The last few months have been tough-but we are slowly, but surely resolving them.
This month we have made refunds of over 300,000 naira to several nairalanders-many in full-some in part including to @adiniji, @labeke, @samalex2000, and many others and they can testify to this. We will still make refunds today and hope to complete all refunds within the next 2 weeks.
Several people picked up their items last week.
We expect about 8 people to pick up items today as well.
By the end of today-if the pick up holds as scheduled-there will be about 12 people left with items uncollected from air cargo(some of these people have also picked up items previously) and 6 people from sea shipping. All these items will be picked up anytime from Saturday.
The problems we have had are not insurmountable, nor limitless. They are problems and every problem has a solution.
We have nor had any intention to make anyone suffer due to delays in getting their items. We have also learnt our lessons in handling logistics and shipping-and these events cannot be repeated.

@Ahmed4002, Is realy terrible for someone to be saying the same thing over for the past 3 months, keeping my over 400k, down and yet he admits he is owing about 10 people 200k, you have not come out clean to everybody concern or talk to people who could help you resovle this issue, its fustrating , it looks all the years one has been in business is like one do not know what he or she is doing.

his refusal to disclose the true position of things is exactly the reason why people are angry here. you can't just gather people money in the name of doing business and turn yourself to James bond when issues arise. the investors of this money deserve to know why their investment is not yielding and you brainstorm together to find a way out of the problem.




all of us may not know too much about importation business but we can't rule out the possibility of one or two people here knowing one person or another that prefer a way out . even some of his fellow importers on this forum can come to his rescue but it seems because he is not in Nigeria he believe he can buy times as much as he wish.




my advice to him is to lay the problems he's facing open and let people help him out of this.
