LESSON 3: POSITIVE THINKING

*The Spartans were outnumbered by a ratio of three to one yet they were still aiming for victory!! What about you? What do you do as soon as small problem appears in your life? Do you become defeated before you even go to the battle?!! Be a positive thinker, be a Spartan!!

LESSON 4: PERSISTENCE

Spartan King Leonidas: My children, gather round! No retreat, no surrender; that is Spartan law and by Spartan law we will stand and fight... and die. A new age has begun. An age of freedom, and all will know, that 300 Spartans gave their last breaths to defend it!.
We decide to do something and we won't turn back or change our minds whatever happens!!

*Seems that the Spartans were persistent too in addition to all of the other good traits they had. Try to be like them and don’t retreat whatever happens to you.

LESSON 5:SELF CONFIDENCE

Dilios: We did what we were trained to do, what we were bred to do, what we were born to do!

*The 300 Spartans knew well the limits of their powers, they were confident in their abilities. Trust your abilities or learn how to trust in them in order to become a Spartan.



How to Become A Spartan
Even if you didn’t pay attention to these phrases, your subconscious mind stored them.
Whether you liked the movie or not, your personality improved by a tiny bit after watching it. The media you get yourself exposed to strongly affects your personality on the long run, that’s why you should be very picky when choosing your movies, music and and reading material.
