We are glad to announce that the premium sedan of new generation makes its debut in 2018, and now developers are actively working on the concept of car and its imminent release.

Manufacturers have not yet reveal all the secrets, but some details are already known. Vehicle architecture will be changed significantly – new Rolls Royce is designed with aluminum frame and body panels made of light composite materials. Thanks to these new changes it will be substantially lighter than its predecessor.

Based on the information that we know – style of the novelty as a whole will not change. The first difference that immediately became visible – is more modest ground clearance, new lights, modified air intakes and other grille.

Chevrolet Prisma

Handsome sedan, which is a three-volume version of the hatchback Chevrolet Onix, was developed and manufactured in Brazil, and is sold exclusively in South American countries. However, Prisma has a common platform with the Aveo model.

The difference is not only in the image, but also the fact that the Brazilian version is much smaller (which, incidentally, had practically no effect on the data trunk capacity) and lighter, so it is enough liter eight valve “quartet” that can run on gasoline or ethyl alcohol. Although there is a more powerful 1.4-liter unit, as the traditional “addiction” to alcohol, as well as an alternative to the manual gearbox is offered “automatic” and the six-speed.

Fiat Grand Siena

Current Fiat Grand Siena is produced also in Brazil, and Argentina. The same “truck”, incidentally, is the basis of Fiat Albea sedan but compared to him wheelbase is stretched considerably, and the overall length has increased to almost 4.3 meters, justifying the prefix Grand. There are not small engines – 1.4-liter and 1.6-liter “four”, or aggregated with five-step “mechanics” or with a robotized gearbox on the basis of her own. And with the “big” engine sedan is not hesitated to sell under the name Dodge Vision – though only in Mexico

Mitsubishi Attrage

We didn’t in vain mentioned the Mexican “Dodge“: in its model lineup with a model of the Vision, aka Grand Siena, adjoins another sedan, named Attitude. It is 4.5 centimeters shorter a higher base, slightly higher and narrower, but still is very close in many ways – why do we need such neighbors? The fact that the car has completely different origins: if Vision is the result of cooperation with the Americans, “Fiat”, which lasts a relatively short time, there is a much longer affair with Mitsubishi. And Dodge Attitude is Mitsubishi Attrage, three-volume version of the Mirage hatchback, is available in Thailand. Externally, the car – quite frankly is for an amateur, but its main advantage is different: the car is very light, which makes unnecessary the powerful engines. Attrage with a 1.2-liter three-cylinder passport a motor accelerates to 100 km / h in less than the 1.4-liter “Fiat”, and whose “horses” are more and more solid supply of traction. Other engines for the sedan is not provided, but there are two version of the pedal, and it is not equipped with a “robot” and not “automatic” and a stepless variator provides the best efficiency – at least in theory.

Toyota Etios

Another Japanese for “third countries” is very close to Attrage both in dimensions (base is at millimeter per millimeter), and the design, in which budget model is immediately guessed.

In the interior of the Toyota Etios is primarily allocated centrally located instrument cluster: not so long ago it was fashionable and promising, but now most manufacturers have refused such an extravagant solutions. The rest of the car has the image of a “workhorse” that highlights the huge amount of luggage (and not only in comparison with other participants in our review) and the fact that the Etios is the only one of our defendants, who does not have an alternative to the manual gearbox. But, like all my colleagues, it is an analogue of a five-door body: it is called Etios Liva, has a shorter base and is equipped with 1.2-liter engine. The sedan should either have a half liter petrol “four” or a 1.4-liter turbo diesel – the latter is placed on the cars produced in India, where the Etios was designed. In Brazil the same basic spec engine is adapted to run on ethanol

What is odometer fraud?

Unfortunately, there are a large number of private sellers and retailers who practice the act of rolling back or "clocking" a vehicle’s odometer. Because low mileage is an attractive quality in a used vehicle, scammers sometimes misrepresent the vehicle by tampering with the odometer to give the illusion that the vehicle was driven less than it actually was. As a result, a buyer may pay more for a vehicle than it is worth, and may also spend more money on the vehicle’s maintenance over time because of the unseen wear and tear.

Re: Facts About Cars by CarXus: 6:41pm On Jul 14, 2016
What is the scope of the problem?

The Federal Truth in Mileage Act (TIMA) requires sellers to provide actual, truthful odometer readings and to disclose any known inaccuracies. TIMA makes odometer fraud a felony. Failure to disclose a changed or repaired odometer (meaning altered in any way), and/or falsifying mileage documentation will result in fines and/or imprisonment.2 Yet, even in the face of harsh consequences year over year the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that consumers lose over $1 billion in odometer fraud.

Re: Facts About Cars by CarXus: 6:46pm On Jul 14, 2016
Protect yourself against odometer fraud:

Compare the mileage on the vehicle with the title. Each time the vehicle changes hands, the mileage must be listed on the title. You also can ask the seller for maintenance records and/or emission test records that note the vehicle’s mileage.

Re: Facts About Cars by CarXus: 6:47pm On Jul 14, 2016
Check the AutoCheck® vehicle history report for the vehicle to confirm that the current mileage on the vehicle aligns to the previously reported mileage. If the current odometer reading is less than previously reported mileage events, you may have discovered an odometer rollback.

In general, a dealer himself does all the required repairs before putting USA used cars for sale. Thus, you get a car which is as good as a brand, new one, though it may have lost some of its shine. Therefore, in all likelihood, such deals can turn out to be the best ones you have ever made in your life.

Re: Facts About Cars by CarXus: 8:41pm On Jul 18, 2016
The world is divided into two classes of people. One believes in buying an old car and the other is too apprehensive of doing so because of the accompanying risks. It is true that if you make a hasty purchase from an unreliable dealer without carrying out any background research, then you may regret your move. This is so because some dealers may sell you a car which may not match the description exactly or may suffer from some hidden flaws that would increase your repair cost in the upcoming future. But by no means, buying USA used cars is going to be catastrophic.

Re: Facts About Cars by CarXus: 8:42pm On Jul 18, 2016
These old cars are sold at very low prices. Hence, you are not shelling out a large sum of money to own them. Even if the car is in a good condition and has suffered from some minor depreciation, then you are at a profitable boat. It is highly recommended to always make a contractual agreement with a trustworthy dealer or auction site. The trustworthy and reliable sellers won’t sell you anything which has hidden flaws or defects. If the car has some defect or is in need of some repair, then you shall be informed about it.

Re: Facts About Cars by CarXus: 8:44pm On Jul 18, 2016
There are several benefits of buying auction cars. Some of them are highlighted below:

Low cost: Most of these cars are second hand models. Thus, you can get a car at almost half the price or even lower, depending on the age of the vehicle and its overall condition. It is thus a great way to own a car by people who cannot afford an expensive or brand new one.
Fewer expenses: Auction cars in USA do not demand high expenses. That is to say, your cost of insurance and legal duties, if any, is relatively lower. Had you purchased a brand new car, then you would have to shell out extra money to satisfy the tax authorities and the insurance agent.
Good condition: It is a wrong notion that 2nd hand cars are in a bad state. When a car is being sold in an auction, then it is checked and verified by experts. Chances of hiding any defect are virtually absent. You definitely get more than your money’s worth.

Re: Facts About Cars by CarXus: 8:48pm On Jul 18, 2016
Not everyone is a millionaire and not everyone can afford to buy a shining new car. But a car is to a man what a diamond is to a woman! Men are obsessed with vehicles and irrespective of their amount of income they long for a personal car. Therefore, there is a growing market for used cars. After all, they are extremely cheap as compared to a new one of the same model. A country like USA is the perfect source for getting your hand on such old vehicles. They are cost-effective and can be bought even if your budget is limited. Plus, the modern day agencies provide economic shipping facilities which have made it possible for even the Nigerians to import these vehicles from America.
