leerules: the deputy is PDP member and he has resigned.this goes out to all you people that feel PDP is behind all these I see a game plan in this. If he resigns, then it means he is in a better position to recontest the election schedule in 3 months time. But if he were impeached, that would have done damage to his reputation and candidacy. seems like a grand design by PDP to feature him in the coming elections. And note, he was exonerated of all the charges against Nyako. |

Jona & Impunity. Assuming Nyako retraced his step back to PDP he would have been a saint, not that his sin would have been forgiven, he wouldn't have committed any offence. Politician's record are not clean, diverting public fund to party's purse is order of the day, but once u are in good book of Jonah, embezzling 2 billion is petty stealing not corruption. Nyako was PDP governor till 2013, the offence he was impeached for was committed when he was in PDP, were the house members not seeing it or participating in it, but when his ambition is contrary to Jonas ambition, he suddenly become thieve, God dey oo. Most of u that are celebrating PDP must be toddlers during 1983 elections when NPN attempts to overrun oppositions stronghold. If history repeats itself, then you will know what happened in the then Ondo & Oyo states. |

Eldavido1: Fayose was impeached in 2006 for corruption and was still facing trial for the corruption charges in the court when he was re-elected in 2014 with a landslide majority. So what gives? |
