Imo state representing South east geo-political zone just won the Grand finale of 2014 NNPC quiz Competition, beating all the 5 other regional contestants frm south west (ogun), Taraba (North east), FCT (middle belt), akwa ibom (south south) and kaduna (north west) by a score of 155. Also worthy of note is that imo has the youngest contestants, all aged 14yrs. Kudos to south East Showing live now on AIT  7 Likes |

This goes to show that the constant above average performance by south eastern states in competitive exams is not a fluke. Those taunting Anambra for clamping down special centres and alluding that Special centres wia the reason south east has bn doing great in waec, neco and Jamb should hide their heads in shame.
