A couple berely making #30000 a month, having 5 children and still expectant, complaining that there is hardship in this country, And A couple making #550000 a month having 3 children and still planning on how to better their situation with no plan of having any kid. Isn't there any need to enforce a limit to the number of Children couples suppose to bear? What is your view on this? |
