Just mere allegations not proven by a court of competent jurisdiction. There ought to have been given aa right to fair hearing and a lawsuit against INEC will form a gud case law for wrongful dismissal. perhaps, this offence was poported to have been commited in 2011, it ought to have been caught up by the Limitation Act. .....doing my externship on Nairaland. Hope to get a reply quote from the defence |
