Army Suffers Casualties In Adamawa by Kingspin(m): 9:02am On Jul 29, 2014
Abuja - Two soldiers have been
killed during an anti-terror
operation in Garkida, a
community in Gombi Local
Government Area of Adamawa
State.
“No civilian was killed Two
Soldiers died in the Operation.
More troops have been deployed
to forestall any other attack on
the area,” the Defense stated.
The statement from the Defense
Headquarters in Abuja said some
the terrorists who attacked the
town died and a police facility
was burnt.
“No house or church was burnt
in Garkida by terrorists as
reported,.Troops succeeded in
repelling attack on the town on
Sunday although some of the
attackers died and a police
station burnt.”
