u wont be able to open ur account unless you have ur id, u also need the bank form given to u in camp during reg, top it up with 2 passport photos.... i did mine in wema,ikoyi.... my acct number was sent to me d following day. i wished for a better bank but alas.... i was sent to one of d oldest bank in naija, well, thank God that it isnt Access Bank.

U guys should call them, I opened mine in their head office on Tuesday and by yesterday afternoon I started using call to worry their life by 8am this morning they called me to give me my Acc num after a while again an SMS also came containing the Acc num

Same bank but I collected d account number dat same day(yesterday), d guy wrote it on d slip we were suppose to take to sectariat.... Just collection of ATM left...nd he is to send a link for me to download (mobile banking), still waiting for it sha....

Pls what kind of phone are u using, I downloaded the app from apple store but it's like there's an error some how on the app. While am trying to set it up I discover that the page where am suppose to put my phone number the field is not active and there's a blue bar covering it. I have deleted and redownload severally but still the same thing. I called the customer care yesterday but she seems not to know what's up. Are u expericing the same thing
