What if he's saying the truth and want the people that were not called not to put hope in BH as they are known for "breaking hearts"

Could you kindly confirm when your friend got this mail and if he has been invited for next stage?

he said he got two mails the first told him that he passed, while the second said he is eligible for the next stage and that he is still under consideration and that hw would be contacted by next month. i don't know if anyone got something similar.

he got the mail on monday and his status changed on monday as well, according to what he told me

I am very certain that information is incorrect. BH/Hirevue wouldn't send success mails while the interview was still ongoing. Interviews ended yesterday Thursday, 16th October. I don't see how someone would be contacted on Monday 13th for an interview that ended on 16th except he did extremely exceptionally well or the interview wasn't really an interview after all.

Next year still far na. Wait till next week I'l tell you the ones I remember, I no one hear say some people get reschedule come get advantage. I am not happy with my performance not to talk of giving anyone a potential advantage now. Relax small.

I agree with you. There must be some max number they can take for the final stage, hence they have to assess everyone first...unless they dont have sense like Shell. Else, maybe the guy didnt interview for this same position.

It's now once a year, except we see the PIB being passed. First Come, First served. 90% of people that applied are qualified.

80 people did Video Interview, 40 would do BHE, 20 or so would be selected finally. 1st batch resuming Feb./Mar. next year, 2nd batch resuming Aug./Sept. 2015
