d only thing you need to do is to put a space in between AT and +

my phone is infinix hot and I have been trying to change the imei for weeks now but I couldn't this is the reply I get every time I try to change it ,both sims "AT command is msent" ....when I check the imei it's still the same original imei am seeing........ please what could actually be the problem?........ . you don't need to root your phone before you can change the imei. download mobile uncle tools and continue from there
