Hi, I removed my sim card from my infinix zero to use in my universal modem. By the time I returned the sim card the sim in slot 1 was no longer recognised. I switched the sim and it was the same problem. Slot one of my phone no longer recognise any sim card. Please house what can I do. Does anyone known where their Carl care is located in Benin?

abeg my phone fell and the screen scratched and had broken inside but its still working and there's possibility it might start misbehaving anytime soon . does carl care at Ibadan change it for free or they collect money? cos I have read people complaining that they collect money.
