These were the surprising
answers collected by an American male
tourist conducting a 'social experiment' in
Europe.
A cheeky Casanova asked 200 women to
have sex with him and recorded their
replies .
The American, calling himself "Brian from
California", took a two-week trip to
Europe and asked passing ladies to make
love to him, one after the other.
Having pulled the same stunt at home in
America, he got 200 replies of 'No' out of
200.
His target cities this time included
Amsterdam and Paris and he did not get
as far as introducing himself to the
majority of those he approached.
Afterwards he reported: "There was a
pretty wide range of reactions from
amusement, shock, interest, disinterest,
disgust, flattery.
"The majority of people I talked to
reacted positively - positively in the sense
that they were not offended and actually
found the whole thing interesting/
humorous/amusing."
An attractive woman also tried the
experiment in July by asking 200 random
men for sex - she managed a startling
50% success rate, a huge improvement on
her male counterpart.
