While I'm not sure Honda City was made for the American market, a V8 ( 8 plugs) model will be a tall order. Accord which is a marquee brand for Honda has up to V6 only...

You paid for something that was clearly stated 'sold as is' You didn't ask the seller any question prior to sending your money. All issues with the phone were clearly stated. Now You want to ask for a refund? GoodLuck.

you bought the S3 for 42.50usd and you now want to return it after it was describe as "for parts only". well you can return it only if it is still in texas with chinos, if its on its way to naija, forget it, u will spend more than 50usd to send it back
