Dear Nairalanders, I just got into a conversation this minute(6:30pm) and this friend was asking if am having dinner,at first I thought he was not serious,I then said its too early and he disagreed and asked when the food will actually digest if I eat later than 6pm, he also went on to say that 60 percent of Nigerians take dinner before 6:30pm,this friend in question is actually a pharmacist,what do you say guyz? What time do you actually have your dinner? |

Healthy eating demands u eat dinner before 7pm but it is very difficult to keep to but nothing enters my mouth after 8pm except fruits n vegetables  |

Depends,if I eat anything after 4pm,then no dinner again that night. I will just simply go to bed once I get home. |
