It is very very true, android consumes data greatly. I am on Nokia symbian phone and I enjoy my internet browsing 24 hours none stop.

Yes can, its very simple if you are using phones with mediatek processors. Most tecno, infinix etc uses them. You just get a blackberry imei generator and change your phone imei to the bb imei you generated. Otan and you can any bb subscription for life . Thats the idea behind it. Its a long process for some phones but once you get it you good to go forever.

What of for samsung galaxy phones? Is the process long?

seunlayi: RUBBISH AND NOT VISIBLE REPORT. JUST ASK A POPULAR MOBILE PHONE SELLER HERE IN IBADAN ABOUT THE SALES OF ANDROID COMPARED TO BB, HE SAID BEFORE HE WILL SELL TWO BB'S NOW, 120 ANDROID PHONES WOULD HAVE BEEN SOLD
liar, your nose must be growing longer,a device is different from an os,the reason why BlackBerry is cheaper is the os not the device btw, android has more than ten device in the market now, samsung, htc, nokia, techno, sony, gionee etc so if your marketer sell 3 if those device based on the preferences of the end user not necessarily on the is and he sells just 1 BlackBerry in Nigeria, tell me who has the larger share of 1/10?.

I have never liked touch screen phones. Most android phones are. Keypad is it for me. Most BBs are keypads

I still use BB for this singular reason (apart from it being my official phone).

I think Blackberry devices with OS7 and eearlier OSes should be distinguished from Blackberry 10 devices. The later still suffers from similar shrinked data bandwidth. Secondly, BB works in partnership with Telcos, sometimes pay Telcos for services. Lastly, BB has a data compression and encryption tech on their servers which cuts down data consumption.

Android is the best mobile OS in the history of mobile phone. The rate of adoption and absorption far exceeded the Symbian and iOS put together. The Android L version will pave the way for a new era of mobile devices OS.
