Have finally fixed it, It wasn't the game. It was from windows 8.1 OS.. Just a minor synaptic connections issue and then restarted my PC and the problem stopped...Thanks a lot for your concerns

GPU issue, get a decent GPU (graphic cards) anything around the lines of GTX 760 or GTX670 or above will do the trick.

yo pls wats ur gpu, am asking cos am using amd too, & plan on getting watchdogs, although most games are playable on my end(amd 7670m)

man b sharp,just buy any cheap pad with dual shock then search online for x360ce online then download it then if u hav difficulties using it,holla me;as for me i'm using Ucom pad made by us in 9ja to play any game or maybe i can upload it online for u guyz

i have played a lot of pc games with my ucom pad and nw i bought an havit pad,i'v also played gta 4 eflc with pad and cod blackops 1,you need a pc software x360ce meaning xbox360 controller emulator it makes your games think you are using an xbox pad while u use ur ucom;-),just search for it on google follow and link read the instructions and download the one for ur pc maybe x64 or x86....if uu still dont get it,just tell me.....i'ld b glad to help
