with a low budget like this, I'll advice you get indigenous ones like infinix,tecno or injoo etc... Lower Chinese oem are not that good compare to them except midrange to high end device... Coupled with dollar increase.

U'll be safer spending your money on a second half 2016 phone (especially for those on a budget) and palpably not from the aforementioned.
