Dude listen, Amaechi tried but made some ridiculous errors due to his stubbornness. A lot of those health centres are equipped wit stuffs which are Not useful@dat level of health care. I've seen model health centre pics wit Bohr Anaesthetic machines. .etc, wen d general hospitals n tertiary institutions are lacking dse.
With the facilities in dem, dse health centres can as well b said t b grossly underutilized.

lemme give u personal e.g..my close relative needed a hip surgery@bmsh, it couldn't be done cos 2 equipments that were needed had bin split btw Kelsey n BMSH against all protestations by d consultant orthopedic surgeons..f no particular reason than politics.
Wen ppl complain, its not always supporter of APC n wateva..Not every issue is politics

You do from the bolded. You came into this saying, the project is not a new one that I should stop deceiving people here whereas I only said, the state just completed the third hospital. Like I told you, Kelson and Maxilofacial are run by foreigners. They don't swap equipment with BMH. Beside, this article has nothing to do with BMH. I will prefare you go and find out. Or better still call your doctor friend to confirm.

Some of my friends and relations have actually done free of charge operation in those hospital. Please I advice you go back to those hospital and inquire

Also, dre are a few expatriate Drs@ Kelsey but d private side is owned by a Nigerian Dr from d east.. u probably didn't know that.
