Anyway I don't know the full contents of various submissions for implementation, but Justice must be done to the number of States in the zones. The zones must have equal number of States. |

Derivation should be increased from 5% to 18% for solid minerals. 18% derivation should be placed on IGRs(Internal Generated Revenue) |
