Recently am inspired to bringing up topics at intervals due to the pace at which am learning on Nairaland day in day out by the influence of the knowledgeable ones

We have a trending topic here on Nairaland about a guy whose gf went to service and started acting awkwardly

The trend toward ladies being more educated than their male counterpart is even more prevalent in d society, partly because younger women have surpassed men in higher rule. But even if your Polytechnic or University dropout spouse isn't a billionaire, just a regular guy without a slew of degrees or diploma, is it just about job satisfaction and money? Or is it emotional kind of regret, desire, bitterness lurking? Why does an
imbalance in education make women feel unsatisfied?

I remembered wen I was stil in admission seeking league. Once ur gf got admission before you, the love would drastically reduce to zero level and vice versa ( though it doesn't happen to everybody but at least, u all show have in insight of what am talking about).. Do you call this low self esteem ? No I don't think it is

Ladies have preference and are very selective whenever they are
making their choice on who to marry or date. Some would go for physical features, potentials, maturity, financial prowess or a combination of these

I have a few ladies in my area who got admitted into the university before us and when dey went and came back for first semester break, their attitude towards us changed and some of them started waving to us from far .. Does it mean that standard no longer match or a sort of educational pride?

We also have a few of them on Nairaland who tend to wash you down when dey know your educational status

Why is these an issue?

So to d ladies, As a Bsc or Msc holder, can you date or marry an aspiring undergraduate or settle down with a man whose academic qualification beneath yours ?

To me,I think itz security nd stability they want
