Armed Standoff Between The Nigerian Police And NSCDC Officers Caught On Tape The release of the video is the next installment in the brewing conflict between the Civil Defense and the police, after the Civil Defense had accused a member of the police force of threatening to shoot Commandant-General Abe Abolurin during an anti-vandalism inspection in Lagos on Friday.
