I live in Sapele,Delta state..i just woke up diz morning and found my next door neighbor who rides an okada still sleeping,I asked him why,then I realised that the ultimatum given by the state govt on the ban of okadas in the town ended yesterday opening a new wave of joblessness in the town and aggravate poverty..so my question is-has the ban on okada really serve its purpose of reducing crime rates and accidents on the Roads??
