Lai Mohammed and cohorts no go talk now o but if na Theodore Orji jail person for the same reason, them go talk say na GEJ dey sponsor and motivate am to abrogate God given right to freedom of expression.

BTW, I'm surprised Omojuwa would herald a news like this. I always thought he was a smart but misguided youth who found a way to make a living off perpetually criticising the government.

Oldman Gbawe of course will be the oga kpata kpata of Kiriki Maximum prison.
On a more serious note, Jonathan is too Lenient for my liking.

He was arrested for posting misleading information that wl likely confuse or incite the public against the government. Its a crime in itself. But the sake of ignorance(though not an excuse) the Attorney General should have mercy but ask him to tender apology on his fb page. However, it can be classified as a criminal case and a civil one also. It is criminal because He made false and misleading allegation against the Government that is capable of inciting people against the government and jeopardise the security in the state. It is civil also because he made a defamatory remark against the Governor that is capable of tarnishing his image and reputation.

He probably must have acted stvpidly and Ignorantly, though not an excuse in the eyes of the law, but should be made to retract his statements on fb and also apologise to the Governor.

I believe it's unacceptable and the Ogun state government should be called to order. There are more matured and civilized ways to handle such.
