It is simply the lack of education and the stigma associated with the EVD, if not why would any suspected person be running away from being quarantined. On the other hand, the suspects should also consider the safety of their loved ones at home. State governments should also improve on the condition of these quarantine centers to make it comfortable enough for the people to spend the three weeks there.
