If you could remember, Senate President, David Mark was the first person to call Gaddafi MAD MAN even during the plenarry session. Then the Christian Organisaton supported the statement made by Gadddaffi while Muslims against it, termed it as an insult to the pedigree of the nation.

But frankly speaking, the metamorphosis of Nigerian Constitution from 1960, 1962, 1979, and 1999 has subsequently empowered the presidency over all, including fighting corruption and insurgency.

However, with reference to the constitutional power, it's daily becoming conspicious that GEJ's administration is becoming hindrance to betterment of the nation.
