Barely a year after Imo Speaker’s Special Assistant On Administration was assassination in his home, his successor in office, Hon. Kemka, has been murdered in his home at Mbaitoli . The sad incident took place Tuesday 9th September 2014 upon the resumption of the House after their long recess.
