Note, don't let anyone deceive you, only Q26 and Q28 can do auto roll over when key changes. Other models will have a manual key input when there's a key change

26 and 28g are the latest models of qsat 2014/15, whilst 11- 16g are the older models.

The old models are no longer being produced and qsat needed to encourage the sale of newer models.

@davodyguy, I bought Qsat 11g decoder thru someone @ alaba market. Though it is Q11g case but d engine might be changed. Unfortunately, it displays Q23g on screen. He is claiming it is software issue. Have I been cheated? Kindly assist me of what to do pls. Thanks

Just update it with a q11g software and it would be back to Q11.

Check the upper post and see a link to 11g software.

It happened to me before on my 11g. Whilst updating it, power went out and i flashed it. It woke up as q16 instead of 11g

Ensure that it is properly connected and no partial contact in connection to power.


Once this is ensured, and problem persists, then try software update.
