Driver: (Hands in his permit)

Just as the driver was about to drive away after being released, a new idea pops into Akpor’s head;
Officer Akpors: Is your SIM-card registered?
Driver: (Completely surprised) No.
Officer Akpors: (Very happy and excited) Heeeyyyyy! Park! Park there!!! How can you drive without registering your number? What if you are involved in an accident, how will we identify you? God don catch you!
