EgyptAir commited “child-abuse” by starving the young Nigerian (Joshua Abdul-Azeez) of food for three days, after wrongly routing his air ticket. This constitute cruelty to children anywhere in the world (the imprisonment and stavation of a 17 year old minor) and this should be referred to the United Nation OHCHR and UNICEF.

Nigeria should demand official apology from the Government of Egypt on the maltreatment of a 17-year-old Nigerian by Egypt’s national carrier, EgyptAir and the tearing of Nigerian passport by a staff of Egypt Air in Istanbul, Turkey.
It is unacceptable that Egypt Air had failed to respond to repeated inquiries from the Nigeria Embassy in Cairo and Abuja on what led to the treatment of the Nigerian like “a common criminal’’. If these are not addressed within 72 hours Egyptian ambassador should be repatriated with immediate effect.

The tearing of our National passport is a display of gross disrespect to the nation and pushing a minor to the the edge of insanity is a crime against humanity. I support that the boy be giving full compensation.
in the meantime, EgyptAir which operate seven (7) daily flights from Cairo to Abuja should be suspend with immediate effect.’
